Vision and Mission

The VISION of the Brazil Florida Alliance is to become the premier resource organization for trade, culture, and educational opportunities between Brazil and the State of Florida. Our success will be measured by the relationships and business opportunities that we help develop, as well as by our ability to create direct trade lanes to/from our regions.

The MISSION of the Brazil Florida Alliance is to advance Brazil as a leading business partner by fostering trade and investment between Brazil and the great State of Florida. We will promote awareness and knowledge of opportunities and issues and strive to increase trade by supporting changes to trade lanes so vessels from Brazil have direct calls to Florida first. We will encourage and support growth as Florida becomes the principle connection between Brazil and the United States’ most populated regions – South, Midwest and West. By promoting commerce between the two regions, we will expand economic development and job creation and increase the volumes of imports and exports through our state’s ports.
